CH555 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ch555. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ch555 ("ch555", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the ch555 platform, website, games, and services available at ch555.biz.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on ch555, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ch555 platform.

These Terms apply to all ch555 products — cricket betting, PSL betting, casino games, Aviator, jackpot slots, baccarat, card games, and any other product or feature available now or added to ch555 in the future. 2. Eligibility

To open and use a ch555 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You must not have a pre-existing self-exclusion active on ch555 or a previously closed account that was terminated for a violation of these Terms.

CH555 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed may be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated by an ineligible player are subject to forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one ch555 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances within them. If you already have an account and have forgotten your login details, please use the account recovery process rather than registering again.

When registering on ch555, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Required registration information includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date — please notify ch555 support if any of your details change.

Account sharing is not permitted. Your ch555 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account whether or not you authorised it.

4. Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ch555 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. CH555 will never ask you to share your password with us or with anyone else.

If you believe your ch555 account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify ch555 support immediately so that the account can be secured. CH555 cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Do not save your ch555 password in shared browsers or on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication if available — this adds a meaningful layer of security to your ch555 account.
• Log out of your ch555 account when using shared or public devices.

5. Deposits & Payments

CH555 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All balances on ch555 are held and displayed in PKR — there is no currency conversion at any point.

The minimum deposit on ch555 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional verification steps. Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your ch555 wallet within 30 seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 2 hours during business hours.

• All deposit methods must be in your own name. CH555 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Deposits are made voluntarily and are immediately available for wagering once credited.
• CH555 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with them directly if you are unsure.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error or a payment is reversed by your payment provider, ch555 reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from your balance.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your ch555 wallet can be made to Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or the Visa/Mastercard card used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash process within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, ch555 may require identity verification to be completed. This is a standard process to protect against fraud and money laundering and is not a delay tactic — verified accounts experience faster processing on all subsequent withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name and matching the method used for deposit where applicable.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only real money balances and fully cleared bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• CH555 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary for bank transfers — typically up to 24 business hours.
• CH555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of routine compliance checks.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

CH555 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, referral rewards through the Refer a Friend programme, and seasonal promotions tied to events like the PSL or Pakistan international cricket series.

All ch555 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the amount by which you must wager the bonus before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. Specific wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's terms. General rules that apply to all ch555 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on ch555 — including cricket betting, PSL betting, and all other sports markets — are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting pages.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed once ch555 has accepted it and issued a bet ID. Bets displayed as "pending" have not yet been accepted. CH555 may decline a bet at its discretion before acceptance.
• Void bets: A bet is voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned without a result, or if a material error occurred in the odds at the time the bet was placed. Voided bets are refunded in full to your ch555 wallet.
• Live betting: Live/in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. CH555 may suspend live markets at any time during a match. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid and are settled on the final result.
• Cricket — rain and DLS: If a cricket match is abandoned with no official result declared, all match result bets are voided. If a result is determined via DLS method, bets settle on the DLS result. Settled in-play markets (completed overs) stand regardless of match abandonment.
• Accumulator bets: Each leg of an accumulator must be fully settled before overall accumulator winnings are calculated. A voided leg reduces the accumulator by that leg (the remaining legs continue).
• Errors in odds: CH555 reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. Players will be notified and stakes refunded if this occurs.

9. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games on ch555 — including Aviator, baccarat, jackpot slots, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and all other card games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems from licensed providers. Game results are determined by the RNG algorithm and cannot be influenced by ch555 or any player after the round begins.

Provably fair games on ch555, including Aviator, allow players to independently verify any round's crash point or outcome using the round's cryptographic seed. Instructions for using the fairness verification tool are available within each applicable game on ch555.

• Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is stated within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be voided and the bet amount refunded to your ch555 wallet.
• Ch555 reserves the right to void winnings resulting from a software malfunction or from exploitation of a platform bug. This is a rare occurrence and ch555 takes technical reliability seriously, but the right must be stated.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ch555. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotional offers, or any other manipulation of ch555's bonus systems.

• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage on ch555 or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

CH555 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: suspected or confirmed violation of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe; or at the reasonable discretion of ch555 where continued operation of the account presents a compliance risk.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ch555 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player through the original payment method used for deposit.

Players may also close their own ch555 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within one business day. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled and the resulting balance returned per standard withdrawal procedures.

13. Limitation of Liability

CH555 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ch555 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, interrupted connections, delayed settlement, or errors in displayed odds or game outcomes that are corrected under section 8 or section 9 of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits ch555's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

CH555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the ch555 Privacy Policy page. By registering on ch555, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

CH555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the ch555 platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.

Your continued use of ch555 after a change to these Terms has been notified constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using ch555 and may close your account by contacting support.
